Commission process

When you commission me, we will start by a discussion through your preferred means of communication : Discord, DeviantArt, Instagram, Furaffinity, or email. All of those have a link at the top of my commission page, to determine what you are interested in. Please note that any WIP (Work In Progress) before the commissions is finished and paid will be sized down and watermarked.

The process can take a few days depending on both your shedule and mine, but it can be as low as just a few hours if the communication is smooth and quick and our respective timezones allow it. I usually wouldn't need a deadline, but we will make sure to establish one if I am not able to start right away. Once the process has started, we will work on a sketch of your character with one or two WIP. Once the sketch is agreed on, I will start the work and offer one update per major change : a WIP for the lineart, one of the flat colors, and if it's part of your commission, one halfway through the shading process. However we can talk about more frequent updates if you wish so.

Payment process

I only currently take payments directly through Paypal, or through Artistree, it is your choice to use either. For any artwork priced under 35€, I will ask for the full price upfront. For all more expensive commission, I will ask for 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. The prices already take into account that some will be lost by the platform's transaction fees.As for specifically the prices of additional characters :
- The additional price for an additional character is meant for different characters. The discount will apply to several characters interacting together on the same piece.
- If you want several pieces of the same character, you will need to pay the full price per piece, regardless of if it's on the same page or not.My cancellation and refund policy is very case by case, but here are my guidelines to keep in mind if you decide to cancel your commission after we've started talking :
- If nothing has been started and either side has to cancel, anything that has been paid upfront will be refunded.
- If I have moved past the flat colors for a fully rendered piece and you cancel the commission, I will NOT refund you.Understand that unless this is a canon character, I will not be reselling your already started and then cancelled piece.

What about our rights ?

• You have the right to post this commission anywhere you like, as long as you do credit me for the art either on the platform itself by linking to my profile, or if I am not present here, using by default my Instagram account. Do not claim the art as if you made it yourself.• I remain owner of the intellectual property of the drawing. It means that by default, you cannot resell that art nor use it for commercial purposes (i.e. as merchandise). If your commission is for commercial use, I will charge a higher price. I will not be working for exposure, nor will I accept "we'll pay once it makes money" kind of talks.• I will not provide any original files, unless this is a commercial use commission. In that case, I will charge an additional fee on top of the commercial use fee.

My do's and don'ts

I do :
• My Little Pony canon ponies and OCs, regardless of the generation
• Horses/equines, more or less heavily stylized
• Any other species that you wish drawn in an equine form
• Backgrounds (simple or nature backgrounds)I don't do :
• Any kind of NSFW (adult content, gore, blood, etc...)
• Humans and other animals
• Hyper realistic art
• Industrial backgrounds
